Warmed Kalamata Olives in Infused Oil

This is a much better way to serve olives, warmed in a spicy, oily, citrus dressing.


   Ingredients

  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary
  • 1 red chillie sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 piece ginger chopped
  • 2 tbsn extra virgin oilive oil
  • Sea salt & black pepper to taste

 

Method

In a fry pan gently add all ingredients and warm through your olives before serving on a platter.
